1 cup Rolled Oats

1 tbsp Almond Butter or Nut Butter Alternative

1 tbsp Flax Seed

1-2 tbsp of Prairie Cricket Farms Cricket Powder

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp of Nutmeg

splash of Vanilla

Handful of Ice

Add all ingredients to a blender, mix until smooth, and enjoy!
