1 cup raw hazelnuts (other nuts work as well)

2 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

2 tbsp cricket powder

3 tbsp almond butter

Dash of sea salt

Roast the nus on a parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees F for 5-8 minutes. Let them cool, then take the skins off. Put the nuts in the food processor and process until they’re chopped up. Remove some of the nuts and set aside. Add the rest of the ingredients into the processor and process until a dough forms. Roll into balls and into the reserved chopped nuts. Store in the fridge.
